AWE Wrestlemania 7 Shocked & AWE’D This Past Weekend.

AWE, AntDaGamer’s Wrestling Entertainment had its Super Bowl AWE Wrestlemania this past weekend. The event with a shocker of a ending. Some say this ending was predetermined. In face it wasn’t.

AWE is a simulation fantasy show done on WWE Games such as the latest WWE 12. With each installment a new season begins over at twitch.tv/antdagamer77. When I created this show on Twitch.tv it started with 2008’s General Manager Mode. Many changes and different formats for the season have went under way. From it just being completely my stories to now guys actually controlling characters similar to fantasy football, even with a draft at the beginning of the season. Sometimes things play out perfectly or like it was written but I assure everything is cpu simmed. Even I do not know the results till the show is done live.

Managers of this show have a reason to keep watching and participating. For one you must be a very active viewer to maintain good results. Just being the Undertaker will not grant you superstar and manger success on the show. Some of the managers who have had success can go on in the history books of the Hall Of Fame just like superstars who have been a treat to watch throughout AWE’s history.

This Pay Per View started with a preshow. The main even of the preshow would don the AWE Superstar Of The Year. This would be Mark Henry vs CM Punk. CM Punk and incredible superstar who held the title on RAW the majority of the season minus about 2 or 3 Pay Per Views. Mark Henry a guy who managed to dominate Smackdown and only lost the title twice. One of these title losses wasn’t his fault as he was forced to leave with an injury. Even more exciting the two are former members of this years most incredible force , Corporation 3.0. The 3rd Edition of the corporation dominated this season with the likes of Christian, Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston, just to name of few. So, seeing these two final face off after a horrible breakup was a dream match come true.

The show would go on for many hours. We had hiccup along the way and one match had to be controversially restarted in the AWE Hardcore Championship match between Wade Barret & Batista. I also realized later after the event that my sound was set on the Longitech HD Webcam mic and now my stereo mix. So I sound very loud compared to the in game audio. I want to once again apologize but sometimes these things happen during live streams.

This show was very jam packed, from diva matches , cruiserweights, and more. We saw Kofi Kingston, Daniel Bryan, Albeto Del Rio, AWE’s original faction The Hardcore Barrage’s Mick Foley, Wade Barret, & R.Truth, Sin Cara, Ted Debiase and More.

The Main event matches lived up to the hype. Hell In A Cell with the Undertaker versus Stone Cold. Undertaker who never won, ironically at an AWE Wrestlemania would face a AWE Hall Of Famer in Stone Cold Steve Austin who just returned from an injury looking to make a statement. Also, the Main Event, which would be Rumble Winner Samoa Joe vs Randy Orton would change twice before it would happen. Initially made a Triple Threat with Cody Rhodes; then turned into a single match. This match would change back into a triple threat again when a surprised superstar would get control of AWE’s power in the brief case. Incredible!
