There’s been a growing epidemic with a lack of hard drive space on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Well, Western Digital least has you covered now on Xbox One with My Passport X.
With My Passport X you can put all your games, digital or from disc to an external 2 TB space. It’s as simple as plugging it into your USB port on your Xbox One. From there you will have the option to format it for Xbox One as this hardware is also usable on your PC. Once you get these games to the external hard drive, your games can be found in your usual section in My Games & Apps.
Speaking of apps you can also install your apps on the My Passport X.
I didn’t notice any hiccups or problems when running apps or games on My Passport X on the Xbox One. The product does exactly what it says it will do.
