Originally Written On: June 3, 2014 at 2:12 PM“I have always done art for as long as I can remember” says I Josh Bauer, a gifted geek painter. Mostly revolving his work around Comic Book characters. He is very talented and I got to see some of his work from Batman to Wonder Woman to Spy vs Spy. He loves Superheroes, what they stand for, their costume and color is just an inspiration for him.
“It relaxes me. I can have a horrible day, just one of those days that everyone and everything is just against you. I come home, sit down at my desk and start painting. Everything just goes away. I just go to this different zone and don’t have all the day to day worries.” Says Bauer when asked about his favorite part about painting. It is a getaway and his getaway his something he loves doing.
“Of course! I sell the original paintings as well as prints and posters of them.” says Bauer when asked about selling his paintings. I am a huge fan of his “Long Knight” painting my self. He sets the mood of his character in each painting he does.
“I have a few more booked for this year. I have Ocala Comic Con in June, Tampa Bay Comic Con in August, and Rangerstop Con in November.
