News in early today from Activision stating that Skylanders Giants is still the best selling console and hand held game year-to-date in dollars, including toys and accessories in U.S. and Europe.  I personally wonder if this is just a reminder to properties such as Disney Interactive’s Disney Infinity that are currently in the same gaming action figure collector market. Regardless, Skylanders Giants and its collectibles paved the way and the is still making big figures today.
