Square Enix has been releasing a ton of crazy updates for their Final Fantasy series. From an unbelievable opening trailer with Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII trailer this week to new information about a collabo of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn as well. All you need to know is below in the official press release and various assets.
SQUARE ENIX today released a new video for FINAL FANTASY® XIV: A Realm Reborn™ in which Lightning, the heroine of LIGHTNING RETURNS™: FINAL FANTASY® XIII descends upon the realm of Eorzea. She appears in one of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn’s Full Active Time Events (FATE), a periodic battle that will allow players to fight alongside Lightning. Upon completing this event successfully, players can receive gear and weaponry modeled after those found in LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII.
