2K today announced that MyNBA®2K16, the mobile companion app to NBA 2K16, will feature its first-ever cover athlete, Indiana Pacers’ Paul George. In celebration of the two-time NBA All-Star’s return to the court, 2K selected Paul George as the face of MyNBA2K16 – allowing fans to be constantly connected to NBA 2K anytime, anywhere. MyNBA2K16 packs all-new features such as MyCAREER display, MyPLAYER store, and the MyTEAM Mobile collectible card game into a comprehensive mobile experience for fans that want to stay close to the game both at home and on the go.
Developed by Cat Daddy Games in conjunction with Visual Concepts, both 2K studios, MyNBA2K16 will be available for download free of charge on the App Store for iOS devices, including the iPhone, iPad and Pod touch, as well as the Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore for Android devices on October 1, 2015.
NBA 2K16, developed by Visual Concept, will be available for PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment systems, the Xbox One all-in-one games and entertainment system and Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft; and Windows PC platforms on September 29, 2015.
Fans can pre-order NBA 2K16 at participating North American retail and online vendors, ensuring they receive their copy beginning on Friday, September 25, four days ahead of the game’s September 29 street date, along with in-game bonuses.
